Three types of Drink Covers licensing agreements
1. Exclusive Licensing Agreements – where only the Licensee will have the right to manufacture, market and operate Drink Covers and services within an agreed territory.
2. Sole Licensing Agreements – where the licensor grants a Sole License for a territory, while retaining the rights to operate Drink Covers in the same territory.
3. Non-exclusive Licensing Agreements – where the licensor will offer a number of Non-Exclusive Licenses to market and distribute Drink Covers and services in the same territory.
